Our advisors are here for you, and ready to discuss these resources as well as others that can be tailored to help you as you progress through STEM degree programs, extracurricular and research-oriented or other hands-on learning experiences, and taking action towards setting and achieving goals after graduation.

Sample Workshop Topics Offered
Find out how to describe your skills and craft a personal narrative for graduate schools, employers, or internships.
This activity and discussion-based workshop teaches you the skills you need to understand scientific literature in your field using simple exercises and peer support.

Working in small groups, students who attend this workshop build their communication skills for scientific presentations.

Develop your communication skills by learning how to present the science topics that interest you to a wider audience.

Learn about the major ethics discussions and concerns in modern scientific research through reading and presenting case studies in this activity based workshop. Prepare for future research experiences or simply engage with the intersection of scientific discovery and society.

Find out how many different realms of your personal identity relate to one another. This workshop explores what it means to be a "STEM person" beginning with identifying and celebrating all the other identities a person has simultaneously.
