SCSE Symposium Poster Session

Annual SCSE Symposium

The Student Center for Science Engagement Annual Symposium

Each year the SCSE facilitates a student STEM symposium that highlights the research activities of our STEM students. These students participate in podium presentations, poster sessions, and attend a keynote address and networking lunch with distinguished guests, mentors, faculty, and peers. The SCSE Symposium invites students who completed research internships either through our office at NEIU, or at an external site, to present what they learned on the topic or subfield within STEM. Participants from local community collages are also invited to apply with an abstract, and attendance to this single-day event is free for all.

The SCSE Symposium began in 2008 and continues to be an annual occurrence during the Fall semester. If you or someone you know is interested in presenting at our symposium or being a featured speaker, please reach out to SCSE@neiu.edu for more information.
