To be successful, college students need skills related to learning and time management. LSC/CAW has a Learning Strategies Tutor who can help students improve skills such as time management, project management, note taking, reading tips, study cycle planning, etc. Working with a Learning Strategies Tutor is a good way to improve study and learning skills that can help you be successful in any course. Throughout the semester, LSC/CAW will offer sessions open to all NEIU students on topics such as Decoding the Syllabus, Managing Your Time, and Reading to Learn. 

All appointment times are available for in-person or online sessions with a tutor.

Tuesday, Jan. 20 through Friday, May 15

• Saturday: 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
• Monday through Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• Friday: 8:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
• Sunday: 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

LSC/CAW will be closed:

• Thursday, Feb. 12 for Lincoln's Birthday
• Monday, March 16 - Sunday, March 24 for Spring Break
