WIP Peer Tutoring

LSC/CAW provides free, peer-led learning support for all NEIU students in Writing Intensive Program (WIP) courses.

Students are encouraged to work with WIP Tutors frequently and throughout the writing process to develop strong disciplinary writing skills. All appointment times are available for in-person or online sessions with a tutor.

Note: If you are in a WIP course not listed here, please contact LSC/CAW to make an appointment with one of our Writing Tutors.

If you are not available for tutoring during the tutor’s hours, please contact LSC/CAW to learn how an alternative day and time might be possible.

Tuesday, Jan. 20 through Friday, May 15
  • Saturday: 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
  • Monday through Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 8:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.
  • Sunday: 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
LSC/CAW will be closed:
  • Thursday, Feb. 12 for Lincoln's Birthday
  • Monday, March 16 - Sunday, March 24 for Spring Break
