The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation awards $873,000 grant to Prison + Neighborhood Arts/Education Project

The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation has awarded an $873,000 grant to the Prison + Neighborhood Arts/Education Project (P+NAP). The ڰ  Foundation will serve as the fiscal sponsor for the grant, which will be distributed over the next two years.

ڰ earns three TRIO Student Support Services grants totaling $3.9 million

The U.S. Department of Education has awarded three grants to ڰ in support of TRIO Student Support Services (TRIO SSS), a program that provides individualized academic and social assistance to students from their freshman year through graduation. ڰ is the only university in the state to be awarded more than two TRIO grants.
