At ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø, we break barriers. Our latest initiative, NEIU For You, breaks a financial barrier by offering first-year, full-time undergraduate students a scholarship to cover tuition and mandatory fees for Fall 2021 and Spring 2022! It also covers the cost of a three credit hour course for all new undergraduate transfer students who register for six credit hours or more for Fall 2021. ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø is hosting three Diversifying Higher Education Faculty in Illinois (DFI) fellows during the 2020-21 academic year. This State of Illinois program is designed to increase the number of minority, full-time, tenure-track faculty and staff who work in the state’s public and private colleges and universities.

Noteworthy at ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø: Expanding offerings, focusing on inclusion

The College of Arts and Sciences has made name changes to two departments as well as a major and a minor to highlight new course offerings. Students can continue to register for the New Multicultural Student Orientation sessions and remote Safe Zone Training sessions for faculty begin next week.
