
Adventure Recreation
Adventure Recreation provides recreational and educational opportunities for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members to push comfort zones, gain a new appreciation of the world we live in, and foster a passion for adventure through a shared experience.
No experience is necessary. Whether you are interested in rock climbing, exploring new trails, paddling out on a canoe or building stronger connections through team-building, we're here to support you every step of the way. Let the Adventure Recreation program help you discover and enjoy the world around you!
Rates
We charge $100 per hour for groups that aren't ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø students, faculty or staff.
How to make a reservation
To schedule a time for a group of people ages 13 and up to use the climbing wall, high ropes course and/or team building activities, please complete the Team Building Program Request Form. The form will ask to choose one of the program listed below, as well as provide other pertinent information about your group. You will then be contact by a staff member who will help you complete your reservation. Once the reservation has been placed, our staff will design a program specifically for the teambuilding goals you're interested in working on. The team will take your activity preferences into consideration. Request are due minimum of 2 weeks in advance. Requests within that window are subject to individual consideration.

Choose Your Adventure

Climbing Wall
The rock wall is 30 feet high and has five top routes with a traverse wall 30 feet wide. All climbing gear, including harness, climbing hoes, and helmets will be provided at the rock wall.
Outdoor Trips
Take in the wilderness and adventure on one of our trips. Connect with nature and new friends.
Team Building
Help your group share a meaningful experience with a team-building session. Our sessions are customized to your needs and goals, and include opening activities, hands-on initiatives, and a closing reflection.

Challenge Course
The high ropes course sits 35 feet in the air and is made up of different obstacles such as ropes bridges, balance beams, climbing walls, and cargo nets. Participants are harnessed in and trained Adventure Recreation staff ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
