Friends of the Chicago River will host their 28th Annual Chicago River Student Congress at ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø’s Main Campus on Feb. 22, 2025.
ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø awarded $275,000 grant from USDA-NIFA
The U.S. Department of Agriculture National Institute of Food and Agriculture (USDA-NIFA) has awarded ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø a $275,000 grant to support its agriculture science engagement at Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSI). ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø is one of 26 institutions in the United States—and the only institution in Illinois—to receive this grant. It is ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏÍø’s fourth USDA-NIFA grant and its fifth USDA grant overall.
